New: Brighton Residential Cooking Classes

Brighton Holiday Let is introducing an exciting new opportunity for guests. We will be working with French chef Messa Ben to organise Brighton Residential Cooking Classes. Messa has worked in Michelin-star restaurants and cooked for the Queen. Guests can stay in one of our high quality Brighton Holiday Homes and then enjoy what Messa and his team of chefs from the Brighton Cookery School can offer, either from the comfort of the house or in the school’s large kitchen facilities around the corner.

With a wide range of cuisines and courses on offer you can tailor your experience to your taste. The courses will allow guests to cook with top quality chefs, preparing Michelin Star Food with a menu tailored to their requirements. Guests could also choose to take part in a residential course over a few days where they can learn to cook a variety of cuisines such as Thai, Moroccan, Vegetarian, French and Japanese. We can also organise wine tasting sessions for guests and chocolate or macaroon making classes for during your stay.

Brighton residential cooking classes could be the perfect activity for you and your children during the school holidays, there are a wide variety of exciting options available to you. For example, children could be taught about the origins of vegetables by picking and then cooking with them; or they could spend the day learning about fish from catching their own to preparing their catch to eat. Another example of a Brighton residential cooking class caters for future students, the course teaches them anything from the basics, to preparing Michelin Star quality dishes, before heading to University.

Brighton residential cooking classes could also be the perfect activity for a hen or celebration party; guests would be offered a glass of bubbly and canapés on arrival before preparing a 3 course meal of their choosing and then they can sit down to enjoy their creation, with plenty of wine along the way.
