When you are on holiday the last thing you want to worry about is whether a holiday let property has up to date gas or electrical safety certificates. Or has carried out correct according to the new legislation fire risk safety assessments or has met the host of legislation a good operator should adhere to. Our properties have as we want you to have a safe holiday.  We have been enrolled in and are checked independently by Visit England which is the Government run tourism body to make sure that we have done this work. This is a voluntary scheme. We opened our first property in 2016 and we own all our properties which means we really care about all aspects of delivering a good holiday for you.
